He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Louthan and Emma Louthan (Bensch); and his wife Jackie L. Schallner. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Lee and Michael "Brent"; his siblings, Agnes Holub, Myrtle Cronkhite, Wilma Eliot, Earnest Louthan and Elden Louthan; his sons, Doug Louthan (Cindy) of Weatherford and Brent Louthan (Nancy) of Seiling; his grandchildren, Cory, Krystal Louthan of Aurora, CO, Ashley, Lance Floyd of Woodward, OK, Megan and Josh Tobitt of Goldsboro, NC; his great grandchildren, Tatum, Talyn, Makale, Brycee and Taylor; and his sisters, Betty Brady and Carol Gilchrist. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
