He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John August, Antonya Hurt, Earnest and Pearl Wilson; his siblings, Donald Hurt, Robert Hurt and Patsy Hurt; and his nephew Donald Hurt, Jr. (Norman).
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Halderman; his daughter Sherry; his great-niece Sherry Hurt of Seiling; and his sister Anita Donovan of Midwest City, OK. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
