It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Joan Smith of Seiling, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Black and Mary "May" Black (Debrae); her husband Melvin Lee Smith; and her son Richard Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth Bull, Alice Littleman, Rita Black, Mary Little Coyote, Marvin Black and Larry Black; and her daughters, Verda Weston of Tulsa, Patricia Hewitt of Woodward, Oklahoma., Marilyn Morton of Woodward, Oklahoma. and Carolyn Smith of Woodward, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
