He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Floyd Fuqua and Leota Ruth Fuqua (Newell); his stepmother Wilma Fuqua (Bryant); his sister Linda Ashley; and his parents-in-law, Earl and Merle England.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Catherine Fuqua (England); his children, Lance (Jessica) of Seiling, OK, Laresa Kizer (Harlan) of Mooreland, OK and Ladawna Hunter of Moore, OK; his brothers, Dean (Shirleen) of Longview, WA and Don Cook (Jeanette) of Dennison, TX; his brother-in-law Larry England (Mary Ann) of Medicine Lodge, KS; and his grandchildren, Cody McCoy, Madison Seymour (Jay), Kenzy Rivers (Daylen), Makayla Stephens (Nicholas), Hallee Fuqua, Kyle Kizer, Skylar Owens, Trey Fuqua and Seymour.
