He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Fields and Fern LaCamp Fields; his brother Francis; his son Galen Howard; and his granddaughter Carrie Ann Nance.
He is survived by: his sister Doris Ann; his wife Deloris Fields; his siblings, Glen (Shirley) of Clovis, NM, Betty Moser of Benbrook, TX and Doris Via-Taylor of Piedmont, SC.; his children, Bonita Hammontree (James) of Catoosa, OK, Janet Nance of Seiling, OK, Troy (Linda) of Seiling and Delena Link (Dwight) of Branson, MO.; his grandchildren, Scott Nance, Sean Nance, Christina Nance Friesen (Stan) of Oregon, Amy Fields Leighton (Brennan) of Ft Cobb, Brady Fields of Tulsa, Gehrig Link, Ashley Link Herzog (Justin) and Brienna Link Herzog (Forrest) of Branson, MO.; and his great grandchildren, Spencer Nance, Jeremiah, Lewis, June Friesen, Liam, Luke Leighton, Wayne and Faron Herzog.
In Lieu of Flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made to First Assembly of God Church, Taloga, or the Gage Memorial Cemetery.
