He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Rinker and Virginia Rinker (Van Winkle); and his siblings, Bobby Rinker and Linda Evans. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his children, Michael Rinker (Suzanne) of Broken Arrow, OK and Shannon Rinker (Clifford Jackson) of Conyers; his granddaughters, Christina Poole, Bethanie Carpenter, Rebekah Rinker and Lily Rinker; and his great grandchildren, Emma Carpenter and Sampson Carpenter.
