He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Shayleen Rochelle Billings (Dale) of Jupiter, Florida and Jonathan Ray Frankum (Emily) of Schulter; his grandchildren, Natharia Rose Suthpen of Edmond, Jayden Alexander Billings of Jupiter, Florida, Sylis Damen Billings of Jupiter, Florida, Emilia Grace Frankum of Schulter and Eliza Hope Frankum of Schulter; and his stepmother JoAnn Frankum of Princeton, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
