He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Henry Lay and Minnie Lay (Sorrels); his daughter Karen Lay Thompson; and his sister Wynona Casey. He is survived by: his wife Janna Lay; his son Karl Lay (Sonia) of Grenada Hills; his grandsons, Ivan Lay, Dennis Thompson Jr. and Wade Thompson; his great grandchildren, Sidney Lay, Ivy Lay, Eli Thompson, Parker Thompson, Zane Thompson and Devin Thompson; and his siblings, Grady Lay of Hartville, Ruth Anderson of Schulter, Bill Lay of Henryetta and Pat Henley of Henryetta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
