He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Schatz; his siblings, Della JoAnn Lowe and Doug Lowe; his brother-in-law Raymond Keysor; his nephew Robby Young; and his niece Elizabeth Young.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Paulson of Guthrie, Oklahoma; his father John Lowe; his children, Sean Vinson, Jadyn O'Reilly, William Lowe, Shellbie Welch and Emma O'Reilly; and his siblings, Terry Lowe, Jerry Lowe, Floyd Lowe, D. J. Schatz, Donald Schatz, Sue Keysor, Sarah Schatz, Brenda Lane and Lynn Young.
