He is survived by: his sons, Gary Perkins of Clinton and Jack Perkins (Vanda) of Hooker, Oklahoma; his daughter-in-law Judy Perkins of Tuttle, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Zach Perkins of Hooker, Jacob Perkins of Canadian, Texas, Jacqueline Perkins of Tuttle, Oklahoma and Lauren Scott of Weatherford, Oklahoma.
