She is survived by: her children, Bill (Phyllis Welk), Bob Welk of Sayre, OK, Mike (Debby Welk), Tom (Barbara Welk) and Debora (Robert Kelly); and her grandchildren, Christa Wright, Lisa Martin, Abby Welk, Pamela Mooney, Stephanie Gilmore, Shana Gurley, Shawn Welk, David Welk, Robby Welk, Josh Welk, Jonathan Harvey, Adam Welk, Michael Kelly and Jon Henry Gurley. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
