She was predeceased by: her parents, Hester Earl and Mary Ethel West (Snider); her husband Tommie "Pete" O'Neal Mayfield; her children, Donnie, Gary Mayfield and Barbara Sue Mayfield; and her siblings, Ronnie West, Ethel "Deanie" Babcok and Lorena Greer.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Daniels of Erick, OK; her siblings, Wayne West of Elk City, OK, Shirley Crosby of Erick and Bonnie Flanagan of Erick, OK; and her daughters-in-law, Beverly Perkins and Joy Mayfield of Erick, OK. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren, as well as a host of other relatives and longtime friends.
