He was predeceased by: his siblings, Archie Lee Burden, Frank Burden, Lois Huey and Maxine Webb. He is survived by: his sisters, Ruby Mowry and Mustang (Mary Richardson); and his close friend Henrietta "Oscar" Byrley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
