He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Carter and Allie Carter of Sayre; his child Cheryl Ann Titsworth; his wife Joyce Carter; his grandchild Jimmy Cloud; his great grandchildren, Heather Cloud Williams of Tulsa, Misty Cloud Bashaw (Robert) of Yukon, Brandon Cloud (Danita) of Elk City and Nova Cloud Wright (David); his sister Bobbie Carter; and his friend Corene Carter Kingham. He was also cherished by his parents, three brothers and 2 sisters.
