She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hendrix and Floy Hendrix (Ford); her spouse Edward Kauk; her daughter Marylin Sue McCoy; and her grandchildren, James Edward Ray and Kristi Gray.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Vela of Houston, TX, Peggy Mallow (Noe De La), Patricia Millican (Wayne), Vicki Richardson and Sherri Clark; her siblings, Maritta Hendrix, Jack Hendrix, Billy Hendrix and Clinton; and her brother-in-law Bob Metzler of Leedey, OK.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
