He is survived by: his wife Freda; his son Blaine Blackburn (Robin); his grandchildren, Caleb Blackburn and Grayson Blackburn; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Cooprider (Leon), Sayre, Annie Mae Blackburn and Greenville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
