He is survived by: his wife Kelly Leitner of Sayre, Oklahoma; his sons, Taylor Proctor (Andrea) of Seattle and Kevin Proctor (Kelsey) of Woodward, Oklahoma; his siblings, Perry Leitner (Bobbie) of Cincinnati, Mark Leitner of Orlando, Florida and Brenda Zweig of Greenwood, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jesse Proctor, Tristan Proctor, Gabriel Proctor, Keith Proctor and Teddy Proctor; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Leitner, Evan Leitner, Susan Zweig, Lyndsey Zweig and Debbie Zweig; and his great-nephew Eric Leo Zweig.
