He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Bashaw and Dorothy Bashaw; his brother Jimmy Bashaw; and his nephew Jimmy Dean Bashaw. He is survived by: his wife Molly Pena; his children, Joann Bashaw of Elk City, OK, Amy (Terry Chick) of Chickasha, OK, Stacie Bashaw of Chickasha, OK, Timothy Bashaw and Brandon (Eva Bashaw) of Chickasha, OK; and his siblings, Dan (Ida Bashaw) of Hobart, OK, Sue Dixon of Elk City, OK, Jane (Bill Eakins) of Sayre, OK and Fae Ellington of Sayre, OK.
