Billie Higgins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Higgins (Sayre, Oklahoma), who passed away on March 15, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ceaf Sylvester Higgins and Tenniesee Virginia Spears; his siblings, Bobby Ray, Bud and Doshie Parker; his wife Darlene; his children, Edd (Sherry) and Dana (Rusty Ridling); his grandchildren, Rebel (Danna Ridling), Cogan (Kyndal Higgins), Kayley (Blake Shropshire) and Harli Ridling; and his great grandchildren, Emersyn, Decklyn Ridling, Nora and Winnie Shropshire. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
