He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his children, Jason Ballard (Tisa), Freedom Medina (Hector), Shelby Ellis (Jacquelyn) and Takoda Ballard (Tia); his grandchildren, Hector, Gracie, Mollee, Stevie, Nokose, Ryan and Nellie; his sister Sandy; his aunt Judy Spearman of Wilburton; his niece Casey Mascolino (Kenny); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Possum and Boliver. He is also survived by numerous other family members; and a host of friends.
