He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Allen and Ella Mae Allen (Welch); his siblings, Billy F. Allen, Mearldean Cravins and Gearldean "Gerri" Casey; and his granddaughter Jaycie Marie Linscott.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Marie Allen; his children, Diana Marie Linscott (Jason) of Kiowa, William John Allen (Julia) of Kiowa, Stephene Chappel of Kiowa and Robert Allen of Kiowa; his grandchildren, Jonathan Robert Allen, Andrea of Plainfield, Shelby Elizabeth Linscott of Kiowa, Sydney Elaine Linscott of Kiowa, William Cole Allen of Kiowa, Katelynn Marie Allen of Kiowa and Miranda Rutledge of Atoka; his great grandchild Avery Blake Allen of Plainfield, Indiana; his siblings, Jim Allen (Eva) of McAlester and Mary Lou Kincade (Robert) of McAlester; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth McLaughlin (Judy) of Cedarville, Arkansas and Alveda Blankenship (Kenny) of Savanna. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
