He was predeceased by: his parents, O. B. Blackwelder and Ellen Welch. He is survived by: his son Randy Wade Blackwelder of McAlester; his sister Laura McDonald (Mike) of McAlester; his niece Amber Young; his nephews, Jeremy Snow, Kyle McDonald and Michael McDonald; and his close friends, Tony Graham, Jim and April Hobbs. He is also survived by two great-nieces; four great-nephews.
