He was predeceased by: his parents, John Proctor and Jessie Proctor (Bryant). He is survived by: his girlfriend Frankie Duckworth; his children, Mark Proctor, Mike Proctor, Penny Proctor and Deana Springer; his stepdaughters, Frances Pitts and Brenda Johnson; and his grandson Derek Proctor. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
