He is survived by: his spouse Wynema Fixico; his children, Billy Williams, Jr. (Pamela) of Durant, Teresa Williams-Norton of McAlester, Lora Williams-Harper and Matthew Hines of Savanna; his grandchildren, Patrick Williams (Allison) of Bethany, OK, Scott Williams of Anacortes, WA, Rebekah Shirey, Adam of Monterey, CA and Paige Norton of Sulphur, OK; his great grandchildren, Hubbell, Herschel Shirey and Piper Williams; and his sister Melanie Morris of Talihina, OK. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
