He is survived by: his spouse Ruthy Lee Lawson; his daughters, Rhonda Haworth and Reina Womack (Monte) of Morris; his grandchildren, Brian Womack of Eufaula, Brandon Womack of Porum, Patricia Womack of Porum, Brent Womack of Edmond, Jennifer Womack of Edmond, Bradley Womack of Morris and Brady Womack of Morris; and his great grandchild Matthew Womack of Porum.
