She was predeceased by: her husband John Robert Carlisle; and her brother Don Milam. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Carlisle of Midwest City, OK, Wayne Carlisle of Midwest City, OK and Vicki Witte of Harrah, OK; and her brothers, Bob Breeden of Atoka, OK and Larry Breeden of Glendale, AZ. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
