He was predeceased by: his father Herman Albert Dillard; his wife Darlene Dillard; his mother Ruth Louise Seabolt; his stepfather Floyd Seabolt; his brother Jearl Albert Dillard; his daughter Melissa "Missy" Louise Dillard; and his stepdaughters, Tammy Ceaser and Christie Schneider.
He is survived by: his daughter Stacie Dillard-Self (Mike); his stepchildren, Stacy Sexton (David) and Terry Ceaser (Lori); his grandchildren, Jordyn Dominguez of Julian Self, L. J, Orman, Bailie Sexton, Elijah Sexton and Dacia Sexton; and his sister Patricia Parker (Dale). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel (1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK 74066). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at 1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434.
