He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Dawn (Tuttle); his son Blayne Couch of Sapulpa; the mother of his child Kimberly Couch of Sapulpa; his brothers, Sonny Couch of Odessa, Raymond Eugene Couch (Cynthia) of Henryetta and Michael Ray Couch (Sandra) of Henryetta, Oklahoma; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Couch and Charles Johnson of Henryetta, Oklahoma..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Community Freewill Baptist Church (22 Selsor St, Kiefer, OK 74041).
