She is survived by: her daughter Janet (Shelby Eicher) of Sand Springs; her grandsons, Nathan (Tennille), Paul (Kirstan) and Isaac (Marcela) of Hermitage, TN; her great grandchildren, Jesse, Elliot, Caleb and Alexander; and her husband Lester Wayne Rutland.
