She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Dandridge and Nova Call; her husband Carroll Griffin; and her siblings, Frankie Meeks, Zadie Belle Call, Doris Phillips, Carl Call, Barney Call, Leo Call, Nelson Call and Gleason Call.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Evans and Linda Whitehouse; her grandchildren, Cody Byassee, Jeremy Evans, Courtney Whithehouse and Stetson Whitehouse; her great grandchildren, Adryan Whitehouse, Blaire Evans, Cayden Byassee, Ellie Evans and Myles Evans; and her sister Phyllis Pate. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
