She was predeceased by: her parents, Zed Moore and Essie Moore; her husband Dean Skaggs; her sons, Ricky Skaggs and Terry Skaggs; and her sisters, Iva Sharp, Delpha Skaggs, Gladis Hoffman and Madge Silkey.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bowie Skaggs of Sapulpa, OK, Timber Skaggs of Sapulpa, OK and Cody Skaggs of Alva, OK; her great grandchildren, Hunter Skaggs, Allyson Habekott, Stetson Bowers, Aspen Skaggs and Riverly Bowers; her great great grandchild Sutton Skaggs; her brother Coy Moore; and her daughter Tammy Skaggs-Jones.
