He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry and Walcie Ann Toliver (Yocham). He is survived by: his wife Ethel Toliver; his children, Donna Roberts (Harold), Darrell Toliver (April), Denisa Whitehouse (Don), David Toliver (LaJeanna) and Dustin Toliver (Lacy); and his siblings, R. W. "Dickie" Toliver and Marilyn Gilbert. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; 33 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
