He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his sons, Kevin Tarr and Brett Tarr; his sister Beverly Buckner (John); and his cousins, Gary, Janie Lewis, John, Cary Bush, Rick, Karen Lewis, Patsy, Willy Aicorn, Jack Whittenton, Charles Tarr, Chuck, Linda Tarr, Sandy Tarr, David Tarr, Terry Tarr, Cassy and Wayne Dobson. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
