She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ezzell and Helen Ezzell (Chieftain). She is survived by: her husband Joe Smith; her children, Andy Smith and Jennifer Newport; and her grandchildren, Dalton, Eric, Joseph and Jewel Newport.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Heights Cemetery (1815 S Ridgeway St, Sapulpa, OK 74066).
