He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winfred Louis Bell and Gladys Mae Bell (Gates); his wife Patricia Ann Bell (Northrup); his siblings, Walter Bell, Cindy Flandermeyer, Kay Manues and Leola Thomas; and his children, Cory (Allison Bell), Bradley (Daysha Bell), Andramache (R. D. Smith), Keturah (Garrick Bond) and Patrick (Shelby Bell). He was also cherished by grandchildren.
