He is survived by: his former wife Doris Jean Kunes; his wife Betty Johnson; his children, Diane Pinsart of Sapulpa, OK, Donna Booker of Rogers, AR, Debbie Wallace of Sapulpa, OK, Jack Wallace (Dena) of Mounds, OK, Mike Wallace of Sapulpa, OK and Rick Wallace (Gwynn) of Danville, KY.; his grandchildren, Eric Pinsart (Stephanie), Isaac Pinsart (Christy), Jennifer Hight, Kevin Wallace (Mekaela), Wendy Wallace and Adam Wallace; his great grandchildren, Brody, Ethan, Samantha, Sophia, Cameron, Assiah, Nolan, Wade, Gracey, Sean and Daniel; his close friends, Paul, Marilyn Gilbert and Tracy Reed; and his daughter Carmen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
