He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul and Leona Denham Holcomb of Sapulpa; his wife Dottie Holcomb; and his siblings, Donald Fleming and Ella Ruth Frisbie.
He is survived by: his children, Bill (PJ Smoot), Bob (Betty Smoot), Michael (Angie Smoot), Richard Paul, Jr. (Richie) and Karla Hawley Holcomb; his sister Charlene Alderman (Johnny); his granddaughter Danielle Holcomb; and his nephew John Kevin Alderman. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
