It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phil Eugene Whinery of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, born in Ripley, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd and Muriel; his wife Sara Felix; his children, Stephanie Cook, Cheryl Secrist (Mark), Phillip and Patrick; and his sisters, Anna Jo Harvey, Kay Dickens and Glenda Glenn. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren.
