She was predeceased by: her father Phillip Patrick Courtney. She is survived by: her mother Della Jo Courtney (Carpenter); her husband Blane Rene'Barger; her children, Kristi, Sidney (Stafford), Lauren, Kasey (Stout) and Kara-Jo; her grandchildren, Kaleb, Judah and Lyra; and her siblings, Danny (Lynette Courtney) and Sherri (Mark Owens). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
