He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Roxie Brown and Rosie Jewell Brown (Bolin); and his siblings, Andrew Carlos Brown, Edward Ralph Brown, Delbert Gene Brown, Clarence Alvin Brown, Mary Lois Taylor, Clara Anna Hancock, Eva Jewell King and Maxine Matilda Broom.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Wayne Brown and Steve Anthony Brown; his wife Wanda Louise Russell; and his sisters, Bonnie Bruton and Alice Lozada of Sapulpa.
