She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Birdwell and Ethel Birdwell. She is survived by: her husband Bill Phillips; her daughters, Michelle Sumner (Brett) and Melissa Causby (Topper); her grandchildren, Ashley Schoelen (Brent), Matt Sumner (Stefanie), Meghan Barrett (Blake) and Makenzie Causby; and her great grandchildren, Jett, Lola Schoelen, Sophie Sumner and Nolan Barrett.
