He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Milam. He is survived by: his mother Janice Milam; his children, Eric, Shane and Megan; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Carter, Payton, Carson, Emerie and Rowan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Home (1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK 74066).
