She is survived by: her children, Kimberly and Greg; her children-in-law, Carl Lewis and Sherri Fulks; and her grandchildren, Lauren McCoy, Amy Urban, Chelsea Lewis, Shelby Fulks, Ashlee Fulks and Hunter Fulks. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
