He is survived by: his mother Janice Allen Johnston; his son Dylan Johnston (Isabel Parkey); his siblings, Stephanie Sorrell (Matt), Kristy Probst (Weston) and Clint Johnston (Brooke); his stepchildren, Mayce, Tanner and Paisley Bell; his nieces and nephews, Kendra, Kaysha, Karissa, Kallie, Khloie, Kynlie, Winston, Shea, Chantry, Tytus, Bentley and Jace; and his cousin Chad Samons. He is also survived by his family and friends.
