She was predeceased by: her father Godfrey Cole; her grandparents, Morris, Geneva Phillips and Alfred Cole Jr.; her great-grandparent Clara Balloon; her uncle Charles Shaver; her aunt Yvonne Gilbert; and her cousins, GeNora Gilbert, Whitney Ude and Karla Ude.
She is survived by: her mother Carmelita Phillips; her husband Tylor; her daughter Jaiya; her siblings, Preston (Amber Cole), Ashzreal (Kayla Cole), Ariana (Caleb Dobbs), Jericha (Evan Branham), Leah (Matt VanHooser), Keanu (Kristen Phillips) and Ke'Lea Phillips; her aunts and uncles, Darrell Shaver (Ray), Darlene Shaver, Yolanda Ude, Tisha Cole, Kim Monroe, Debra Norwood, Stephanie Howard, Ginger Cole and Jeffrey Cole; and her grandmother Dorothy Cole. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, brethren, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations toward funeral expenses.
