He is survived by: his children, Jarrod Phelan of Panama City, Chris Phelan (Angela) of Terlton, Mary James of Terlton, Peggy Shearl (Bobby) of Terlton, Justin Honeycutt of Oklahoma and Cassaundra Honeycutt of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his mother Leota Phelan (Garrett) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Rick Phelan (Angi) of Dewey, Oklahoma and Sharon Castillo (Juan) of Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
