He is survived by: his brother Muskogee Metal Fabricators; his wife Janet McArtor Fleak; the mother of his children Janet Fleak of Muskogee, OK; his children, Steve Fleak (Tami) of Sapulpa, OK, Gina Daugherty (Mike) of West Fork, AR, Kristi Lawrence (Kelly) of Winnfield, LA and Micah Fleak (Kendall) of Webbers Falls, OK; his grandson Paden Fleak (Kassie) of Sapulpa, OK; his sons, Blake Daugherty (Sydney) of West Fork, AR, Josh Fleak of Sapulpa, OK, Andrew Daugherty (Kierstin) of Little Rock, AR, Trey Daugherty of Fayetteville, AR, Caleb and Carter Olzawski of Muskogee, OK; his great grandchildren, Bodarc and Cypress Daugherty of West Fork, AR.; and his close friends, Barbara and Angel McClaren. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
