He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dunback and Edith Dunback; his stepmother Wonda Dunback; and his brother-in-law Ron Cook. He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Rose (Brian Edmonson) of Sapulpa and Jennifer Lugo (David Lugo) of Sapulpa. He is also survived by five nieces, one nephew, and several great nieces and nephews.
