He is survived by: his grandson Dominic Fox; his daughter Angela Matlock; his son-in-law Shannon Fox; and his siblings, Patti Matlock and Michael Matlock.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK 74066). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
