He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Doerflinger and Thelma Doerflinger (Chastain). He is survived by: his wife Anneta; and his children, Mike Doerflinger, Teresa Reinolds (Roger), Sheila Wilson, Laura Guinn (James) and Jessica Doerflinger. He is also survived by three grandsons, three grandaughters, and one great-grandchild.
